After reading 5 star reviews from female customers, I decided to take my car to Pitstop Glen Innes for a well overdue service. I requested an Intensive Service. Paul called me to say the Service had been done. He said the front brakes and air filter needed replacing and gave me the cost for everything and asked if they should go ahead with the job. I liked his straight up no nonsense attitude which shows respect and pride in his work and respect for his customers. Exceptional service. Highly recommend!!!

I’m sometimes wary of the rep chains or franchises get but the GI Pitstop definitely bucks this idea. They have great service, always helpful and the pricing is good too, my wife’s older golf has been there a few times now age is kicking in and it’s good to know there is a garage I can take it too and trust.

I recently had some work done on my Ford Mondeo. Paul was extremely helpful, the work was carried out promptly and the car was taken back to the AA to complete its WOF. I hadn’t realised that Pit Stop could have done the warrant for me.Furthermore, Paul reduced his original estimate for the job as he said the actual mechanics work time was less than he originally estimated. How good is that.I will definitely use them again.

I brought my car in for its WOF and also needed to have a sensor replaced. Paul was so professional, kind and very helpful. He went above and beyond to also get the details I needed for a report for insurers. 10 stars amazing service.

I have to say these guys have fantastic customer service, are very down to earth guys and I also felt great value for money. I had been told by another garage that I would need all my brakes done and they said no just the back ones, so I loved the honesty.

I moved here from Tauranga last year and wasn't too sure where to go for my annual service. After reading the positive reviews and popping into the shop to ask a few questions, I booked my service and asked if they could look at a rattle that was coming from the rear of my car as well. All I can say is the service from start to finish was AMAZING from Paul and his team! Not only does my car drive nice and smooth after its service, but the rattle I've had for almost half a year is finally gone!! Cannot thank you and the team enough :). i will definitely be back and have no hesitation recommending Pit Stop Glen Innes to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and affordable mechanic.

About a year ago I took my car in for full service I started to have problems with the brakes had nearly been in accident that same year i took the car in again to get brake fixed. This year I all most rear ended someone so now I need to get fixed again
