The woman at reception asked intimate questions about my sexual health extremely loudly in front of everyone else in the clinic waiting room. I told her that I needed the contraceptive pill and an STI check. She informed me that I’d have to choose which was more important. I’m over 22 so paying 32 dollars on two different occasions for a quick blood pressure for the pill and a swab for an STI check is quite pricey. Family Planning is clearly underfunded so I understand that there are limitations. I came to the clinic with a friend, 5 mins after the clinic opened and she wasn’t able to get an appointment because it was full.

I went yesterday to remove my IUD. The stuff were super friendly and clear about the procedure. Also, the nurse who removed my IUD was very nice and it didn't take her more than 1 minute to remove it and I didn't feel any pain (AT ALL). I exit the clinic feeling relief and happy :)

The doctor was really nice, patient and helpful. It is great thing that this place is doing. The only problem is that the wait for a doctors appointment is very long, it would be good if they had more specialists/locations.

Had the best most comfortable and supportive IUD insertion by Sue. She was very empathetic and gentle, she made the best out of a uncomfortable situation.

Reschedule appointments at least twice every booking without giving you the chose to accept or decline the change and without speaking to the customer. and don’t put the updated time in the text so you have 0 clue when it is even for. Been going for years now and it’s just terrible between this and them being consistently 15+ minutes late

Rang and was able to get an appt the same day to get the emergency contraceptive pill,the whole experience was great and everybody treated me nicely, don’t listen to the bad reviews. Very close to the CBD and accessible by bus/train, good location.

This was the best gyno appointment I've ever experienced! Had to have my Mirena taken out and was terrified. I don't recall the name of my nurse, but she was amazing! So nice and reassuring.Thank you so much!

I Booked in for Dr and they book with the Nurse and they just apologies and they cancelled it. it very bad asking me to book for April again
