Absolute top quality bat and superb service! Can't say better than that. My son couldn't believe how well he timed the ball from the off - it's positively dangerous to do throw downs with him armed with his Fantail!!

I had an Angry Beast Thunder bat sent from Louisville KY (USA) to New Zealand. I saw a videos on you tube and it was immediately apparent that Fantail knows what it's doing when it comes to cricket bat repairs. The entire process was easy and I have my bat back in few weeks time.I was concerned about the repair work changing the bat's balance and weight drastically. I am so happy with the work they did. the refurbishment is to the point without changing the bat performance. I know it must have taken some skills as the entire left bottom of the bat was gone due to a huge crack both front and back of the blade. Thanks a ton guys. You guys rock !!!!!

Dropped in just to pick up a pot of bat wax. Owner took the time to have a chat, let my ten year old pick up and get a feel for some of the bats on offer (despite us having no intention of buying). He then gave us a brief tour of the workshop where they build and repair. Very decent of him. Will be back when we are in the Market for a new piece of willow.EDIT: we did end up coming back and buying a made to order size 5. Very happy with the bat. It's an absolute beast. Glad to see a local craftsman producing high quality willow rather than having to purchase from a big global mega Corp.

After paying nearly $120 to get my bat completely refurbished the bat has lasted me the better end of 3 innings of social cricket and it has already broken. THESE GUYS RUN A SCAM. The same time when I brought the bat in explaining the situation I hear another story of the same thing happening to someone else. Fantail Cricket does not do quality work. DO NOT USE FANTAIL CRICKET IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO LAST.

Rebel Sport had run out of cricket bat grips throughout Auckland so I went here. A huge selection of colours and textures and only $9.90 for a fitted grip. Immediate service and a nice little shop to look around while I waited - which wasn't long. My 40 year old Duncan Fearnley now has a nice new grip. Will go here from now on.

Dropped in to pick up some of Fantail's sportswear off the recommendation of a friend. Couldn't be happier with the quality of their product. They have a large variety of clothing ranging from sports wear to casual. I'd been looking for some quality shorts and some nice plain well fitted shirts for a while so I'm stoked I found some.The owner is really nice and the shop is beautiful. You've got to go check it out!5 stars and would 100% recommend

Highly recommend services from fantail cricket. They do an awesome job. I got my bat fully refurbed including a handle replacement from fantail cricket. They have done an awesome job to say the least.

I ordered a made to order, GP english willow Tone bat, the bat was perfect! as per my specs, and the build quality of the bat is world class, the ping performance is off the charts, Fantail have done a great job with the bat and i would order my next bat from Fantail, Blake did a thorough professional job.
