Even though I'm travelling on my own, I was lucky to be in a one bedroom unit. The unit is spacious, clean, light. All the amenities you may need. I was really pleased to be able to rest here for a while. I'm looking forward to having a bath later tonight! A bit cold for a swim in the pool but I bet that's popular in the warmer months.Also a quiet location (I was anticipating needing my ear plugs - I didn't use them)

AWFUL customer service. Cancelling my room due to that reason.I reserved a room here for the following weekend, and called to ask if there was a chance of a pop up bed being added. (This wasn’t a necessity but would have been nice to have) however after being abruptly told no and then followed by “just cancel it” I’m certainly doing that.I would never want to stay in a hotel/motel that treats guests like that before they have even arrived.

Not Happy i booked a room for two nights Friday and Saturday .get to the Motor to pay for the rooms .Only to be told they don't accept cash ok .so we go away put cash into the card and come back to Durham . Now they wanted 400 deposit .Why didn't you tell me when i booked the room about you only use eftpos for booking rooms .and the 400 depositBy the way next Motor accepted cash no deposit

Awesome location close to many eateries, pubs & cafes. Very helpful hosts, units super clean, comfortable bed. Stayed in a studio with flat screen tv and all Sky channels

Clean and comfortable! Spotless in bathroom and the bed is medium to firm so provides great support for my back. Strong water pressure from shower.

Great service. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Nothing is a bother. Rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable regardless. I've stayed there 4 tines in different rooms and always satisfied. Great also they are situated close to CBD.

Great location. Good size. Extremely clean. Sky TV. Very good quality linen and towels. Light and airy bathroom. Two comfortable chairs. Dining table and two chairs. There is a small pool on the middle which would be nice in summer. Very friendly cleaners. The man on the desk was a little brief and the parking was very tight but we would stay there again. We were not on business but I see why it would be perfect for a business trip.
