Disgraceful service. Really nice and helpful when you are looking to buy but as soon as that money has gone through they dont care. Bought a van from them with a towbar to be fitted, upon pickup 2 weeks later - no towbar, hadn't even been ordered. Went back for its 1000k check where we pointed out the rusting seals above the door - didnt want to know. Left black marks all over the roof pilar on the interior, obviously from where the mechanic pulled himself up to look at it. I sent an email to the salesman, sales manager AND service manager. I had ONE missed call and no response to the email never tried to contact me again. THANKS ALOT AV GREENLANE

Great service. Very welcoming and helpful on our hunt for a used Santa Fe as we needed the seven seats. Weren’t pushy about whether we should trade-in our i40, listened to our needs as a family and the options they could offer. They were great at helping us deal with a little person being alongside us and made it as stress free as process. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Amazing Service. As we walked into the building we were offered a beverage many times and the workers there made sure we were looked after. This was our first time buying car and we were pretty nervous and are grateful that we had Cal to support us with the process. Cal took the time to listen to what we were looking for and was able to show us a range of what they had to offer. We did not feel rushed to make a decision and Cal was also able to help answer our questions while also went the extra mile to make sure that we were informed and happy (thanks for the new card holder Cal). We now have a vehicle we are very pleased with and grateful for the service. :)

I went in for seat recall for my new car (less than a year old) and drove the car out with visible damage on my rear seat belts. I assume the damage occurred when the service department tried to force clamp the seat into upright position where the seat belts were in the way of the clips/ clamps.I pointed this out to the customer service representative before I left and they initially suggested that their technician didn't touch the rear seat (the seats were folded down when I bought the car in but was upright when I inspected the car after the service. The fact that the seating arrangement had changed prompted me to inspect what work they had done). Then the customer service representative said that it might have been an accident but it wasn't that bad.I personally don't think that is the point as the car wasn't damaged when I bought the car in and then it was after the service.I have relayed this to AV (manager and customer service representative) and Hyundai via email, and so far they are yet to respond.My experience with the AV service department is poor to say the least and I do not recommend taking your car (new or otherwise) to them.

I would never buy another vehicle serviced by AV1/ Got charged yearly for a sevice plan I had already purchased from Renault (I did get reimbursed after many irritating phone calls)2/ Delayed fixing an issue raised during warranty, then charges for the fix after warranty expired. Completely unacceptable!Very poor customer service, no contact after messages left to call back regarding warranty issue

Bought a second hand vehicle from them. After taking it home I noticed fault after fault. I contacted Auckland Vehicles and they remedied a few then said we can’t do the rest as I didn’t buy insurance and it was costing them too much to rectify.The reason I paid a premium price at your dealership was because I thought they would have throughly tested the vehicle prior to selling it. Now I have a $17k suv that requires another $2k-$3k in repairs.They have top sales agents like “Stevie” that go above and beyond to make a sale for commission purposes but they don’t care what happens after or what they are selling. Unethical.They didn’t even tell me that vehicle was being sold with almost depleted brake pads. Until I asked either.
