It was my first time going into Alexander’s in Havelock North. There was a young gentleman that assisted me and I found him to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be stopping by again on my next visit to Havelock North.

Alexanders is a bit of an institution in Napier, and the store has been consistently good over the years. My husband loves that there is a place to go to buy brands such as Diesel jeans :)

I bought a Jacket from Alexanders Havelock North shop, but then decided it was to similar to another I had. They had specifically bought it in for me but were still willing to take it back and offer store credit. Great service. Also bought my new favourite shirt there last week. Their clothes and service are great.

Went into the store and staff didn’t acknowledge that had walked in the door. I stood in front of the shirts for 5 minutes then walked out. Too busy on the computer.
