I didn't find this vet very professional at all. Seemed more interested in her own importance rather than treating the needs of animals. Refused to see and treat my animal based on her preception/bias of me rather than the needs of the pet. Very slow to respond to communication.

They are not professional & don't seem to care for their clients. The staff don't say hello to you & are very rude. They used to be very good years ago & I felt important , now we are just a number & so are my pets,.It seem they are all about the money & nothing else

I went in this morning with the perception of my price being for a consultation fee, upon my departure had realised that the price was a few dollars under double that original price that was given to me over the phone. I understand things change but I don't think you should say an amount Over the phone. I was not prepared for that at all.. kinda blew me away a lil
