I booked my IPhone 11 via the apple support site and selected OOBBE as it had an appointment time that suited me. I had something obstructing the charing port on my phone and I was unsuccessful in removing it myself as I was concerned about damaging it. OOBE took two minutes, found and removed the blockage and tested it. It worked! amazing result and awesome experience. Highly recommend, it was easy to get to, friendly guy that worked there and clean well presented store. Will shop there more often.

These kind folk = legends!Have had an iPhone battery replacement and a MacBook Pro tested and assessed with in the last 2 months.There is an Apple auth repairer near me, but when it takes 3 weeks to get a response... I thought using the Welly team at Oobe would best bet. Was not wrong.Should have gone with these guys earlier! Very accomodating, great communication (especially explaining difficult hardware issues in layman's terms), and very reasonably priced when in and out of AppleCare.Cannot recommend them enough :) Thank you again - you'll no doubt hear from me again in the near future!

Have recently had a MacBook and AirPods repaired for free via OOBE despite the products being out of warranty. They informed me I was covered under the consumer guarantees act and sent the products to Apple. Received my devices back at 100%. Couldn't be happier

Wanted to have my MacBook screen repaired. Was fine with quote but unable to get clear info about why they “needed” to keep my laptop in store for two whole weeks while they order the screen in rather than I bring it in when they have the screen. I was happy to pay in full before but I’m a graphic designer and can’t work without my laptop. Not for TWO WEEKS! After trying to get clarification or figure out a solution the guy on the phone just hung up on me. Not very happy.
