VTNZ Rangiora

So I arrived at the Testing Station at 11.45 as they close at 12.30.2 cars ahead of me.1 already being tested. I went inside to fill out the obligatories as intrstucted by one of the Inspectors.Once inside i was informed they were closed.Well I must have been caught up in some wibbly wobbly time warp stuff coz my watch said 11.50.Nice try VTNZ.Not gonna get me again.

Absolute disgusting customer service and horrendous experience. Driver instructor Sheree B is on a power trip, she’s crushed the confidence of my daughter sitting her Restricted license. Failed her unfairly within two mins for an absolute ridiculous reason. Have laid a formal complaint with VTNZ head office asking for a deeper look of all the reviews on this woman. Marianne the office girl is just as arrogant, after telling her Sheree reduced my 16 year old to tears told me it wasn’t her problem and hung up. Absolute waste of time and money DO NOT SIT YOUR LICENCE HERE!!

I booked my restricted license test this morning at 10:15am and I wasn’t late for it. Around 10:04am, the coach showed up and said we can fill the form after the test is done. I was quite wondering because it should have some processes before the test begin, like checking my eyes or make sure I am not color blind that kind of stuff. When we were on the car, then she asked me if I wear glasses, I said I did surgery so no longer need glasses. Then she told me that is not allowed, all that stuff with paper work that she cannot let me take my test. And there’s no refund for that even though I didn’t take the test and they cannot rearrange the time! The reception lady really didn’t know manners, when I was trying to talk about it, she just kept say ‘regardless what you say, you didn’t wear glasses.’ How could she be so rude? It made me feels like it’s a mistake to me and she was so proud of it.This place is so unprofessional. They don’t care if you’re can see things clearly or if you’re color blind, they even don’t have this process to check, but due to some paper work they just can’t let you drive and there’s no refund.The reception lady should be fired, I have seen a lot of comments about her, and the name is Marianna.

Mariana and Jess at front desk are lovely girls.Really happy with their service and great sense of humour.Contrary to other comments on their reviews.Keep up the great work VTNZ

Read through other reviews and had similar experience with my daughter sitting her restricted. Revenue making at it's worst and failing for things that shouldn't be failed. Didn't appreciate my daughter being told she should be speeding and driving at 55 in 50km area. In a political climate where millions are being spent to reduce the road toll and speed, young people are failing license tests as they aren't driving fast enough! .Funny the lady didn't give her details but guessing your name has popped up on reviews a bit. Also what was the lecture about old people driving too slow about !!

This lady, Liana is a weirdo. She is not fit to be a driving office. She just does not know how to mark a person, sitting for their driving test. My gosh she thinks so highly of herself. It's like in her opinion people sitting for their tests are brainless and doesn't know anything. She is a freak indeed.

Went for Wof first time at VTNZ Rangiora. Have enough space for parking . Well experienced kiwi staff and have good cooperation with customers . ✅✅

VTNZ Rangiora are a great team. They are professional in the approach to all facets of customer requirements. The site access is easy and you are respected for each form of assessment. They have heart, it's not easy telling a customer about a car warrant fail or driving test.

Sat my full this morning, as you would expect I was a tad nervous. I got there, the office lady was friendly and easy to talk to. My tester Liana was so lovely, made me feel at ease and was pleasant to be around. It was a nice way to end my licensing journey, as I passed with flying Colors.
