Great to deal with and looked after me when choosing a new car. After sales could use a cup of coffee.

Rude and unhelpful sales staff. No interest in making a sale once they knew my budget / type of car I was looking for. A few years ago I had purchased a new CX-5 from this dealership and the service was excellent then, so a real shame to see how much this has changed.

Overpriced and rude service. Took my car for a service and specifically told them it had brand new engine oil in it and to only do other servicing, they changed the brand new oil and charged me for it. Took my car in another time and was told I could get an invoice to pay later but reception and management refused to honour this on the day and tried to withhold my keys, they also did not supply everything I had ordered and did not fix door handle properly, I had to go back less than 24 hours later as it all fell apart and they just stuck it back in and it broke again that same day. Manager was called in to discuss issues and she was even more rude than the rest of reception. Will never use them again, I don't know how they manage to keep any customers.

Talked to sales manager over a week ago, asked for a pricing on new CX9, he said he would call back but never did. I also informed him that they lost the sale of our last purchase because he never called me back so expected a reply this time.
