Next level of poor customer service

The service efficiency is very slow, and the employees lack a sense of urgency. They seem to be taking a slow and steady approach.

Harper is literally the best worker in vodafone Rotorua. She always looks so amazing and is so funny. She is absolutely fabulous. We get along so well and whenever I pass vodafone I always see her smiling and approaching customers. Geline is also so so amazing at customer service. These terrific twosome are sales superstars and customer service veterans. The guys in the store are ok but every time I go in there they simp over me. Harper needs pay rise actually she needs to be boss of vodafone. Her eyebrow piercing also looks really good

Slowest staff .. young Asian lady serves whoever she feels like. Makes us wait for extended time while they sit on there phone and pretend to do stuff. As a former employee I understand the system and feel this team have a I don't care attitude towards the customers

Was served by an incompetent young dark haired girl (didn’t catch her name no name tag) who hadn’t a clue what she was doing and completely mucked up my order. Her colleague the tall brunette called Harper stormed over. She doesn’t even acknowledge me, huffed, rolled her eyes and complains when I asked her to check my account.(obviously hates her job) She prefers to sit in the corner on her phone. When I asked to speak to the manager because I was getting no where with these teenagers the terrible twosome both retreated to the corner and sat typing messages on their devices to each other whilst looking at me and giggling. A very uncomfortable experience. The guys in store are very nice but the two girls are unprofessional, obnoxious and clearly don’t want to be there.

totally misleading sales techniques and unwilling to resolve issues. Once sold (even if not suited to purpose) refuse to resolve issue .Worst customer (30 plus yrs)experience with any business

They will sell items that are on display but not instore and ask for payment when they arrive. Just make sure you have done some homework elsewhere on the product as they have a very strict returns policy. Apart from this they get a good score. Better that those that want payment for something they don't even stock!
