Very courteous but buyer beware! I got a quote that was 73% above RRP as recommended by the manufacturer. I cannot judge the quality of their service as I decided not to accept their offer.

They import all windows and doors from China. Their door comes with Chinese type keys. You can't make duplicate keys at Bunnings or other locksmiths in NZ. I asked them to replace it with NZ type key but they said I have to pay for it. Also the owner Zhe Li is rude, but Matt and Zac are nice.Also their installation price is about 80% higher than other builders. Shipping could take months from China.Be warned, order from NZ companies instead who manufacturers here.

Extremely disappointing. Sky windows double glazed my property, forgot to put the sealers around them. It’s a year and a half later, tons of water damage to properties and internal flooding. Tony, Zac and Matt Grey all promise they’ll get ‘ someone there within the week’ but don’t ever follow through! Heading to Fair Go and litigation. Don’t touch these brothers! They have caused no end of stress!
