Our order was missing one item (a main dish) so we rang the restaurant. They had the audacity to blame it on the drive who 'lost the order' and they offered no resolution/refund/replacement whatsoever. And to top that, they also hung up on us and were rude. This is the second time Dumplewing have messed up our order. Definitely not ordering form them ever again.

Ordered in Uber eats. The packing was horrible. They say crispy chicken but they put the mayo, sauce and chicken in the same box and the chicken is soaked in sauce by the time it is delivered. Packing of Bao was good and the rest are all below average. Never ordering again.

I am unsure why this facility has so many negative reviews as in Uber eats they are sitting on 4.8 stars. Our family love this place great fresh and extremely tasty healthy food.Lovely people doing an amazing job. Only issue is the wait is getting longer as word continues to get out to the community as to how great the food is here.

Very disappointing, they left out part of my order! When confronting Mr dumplewing himself about it, he blamed the mistake on the menulog driver! I was then told by the purveyor of winged dumplings that he would call me back after contacting menulog about the issue. 25mins elapsed and still no call. I then called them again, and sir dumple continued to blame the driver stating, he must have lost it". Insinuating that the driver lost part of the order when the packaging was in tip top shape is rather sad. definitely going to shity wok next time."

The order was not correct and they missed items. they also did not give good reassurance about Ford allergies despite clear instructions.There was no greaseproof paper under the bao bun. this mean the bottom half stuck to the cardboard box, the other half pulled some of the box off with it of.I would not order from there again.
