If you’re expecting an honest service then best to buy else where. If you’re also after a compatible product then your much better off buying parts from a dealership or a reputable wreckers.I bought an item from these jokers online then contacted them the day it arrived to say the part didn’t fit/match. I asked about a replacement or refund that day. They’re now saying it’s outside the 7day return. I’m happy to share these messages with anyone interested in knowing whether these thieves were right and I was wrong, or, they’ve been completely unreasonable and have taken my money and left me with a dud product. Please feel free to share your views online.More than disgruntled customer. (Can’t give them less than 1 star unfortunately).

I was searching online for parts to fit my toyota hiace and needed a rear bumper and sliding door connector, this firm came up and being a senior citizen I'm not to savvy when it comes to ordering and paying online, I sent photos of the parts I required and a lovely lady Clare helped me out and sent me photos of the parts available, after emails back and forward, an invoice was sent which included price plus gst and courier, parts arrived in good condition and reasonably priced, they are now fitted and I'm so grateful for the service I received
