Lovely staff

Yelled at for almost two years (was employed there) by the incompetent owner and had to deal with computers and technology from the 70s. No wonder the place has such a massive staff turn over rate.

Always quick and professional customer service. Great for security products or getting keys cut.

Tim from Sutherland Security came out to change our locks after we retook possession of our house from some unruly blokes. He was fast, efficient and really knew his locks. After the work he cleaned up after himself, vacuumed and was super efficient. Really good to get a good tech to take care of us. Thanks guys.

Went for a key. And key services only open during the week and didn't even have the keys I was after

Excellent service, went in at 4.00 on a Friday having problems with the key to my vehicle. The key was worn out but the awesome staff member on the front counter managed to cut a new key for me, so well infact that it opened the rear doors to the vehicle which since purchase I had assumed had different locks. Tried to give the guy at the counter a tip and he wouldn't accept it whatever I said. Highly recommend.A+++++ service and experience.

My premises were broken into on Saturday night. The police say it was witnessed and the act was intentional.Sutherland security were there before any access was gained to the property and secured the premises for me. The call centre staff couldn’t have been more helpful. She had the premises checked for disturbance and then coordinated the security officer to wait on site until the glazier arrived. She organized that for me too.The glazier contacted me and gave me options and did a wonderful job cleaning and securing the site.I was then called back by Sutherlands security in the morning and updated and also connected with the policewoman handling the report.Genuine interest and sympathy was shown by the staff during the course of the cleanup on Sunday when I rang to deactivate the alarm.I would not wish to have the premises broken into again, but I cannot fault the professionalism of the Sutherland Security team.I am very grateful for the service I received. I felt confident at all times that the best actions were being taken.

Always good to talk to Grant and ask his advice. Have not needed much in the way of locksmith services over the years but have always had excellent discussions and service each time we have approached Sutherland Security..
