We booked the team to carpet clean our childcare centre. They were lovely to speak to. They explained what would be needed, helped with moving the furniture around and were very professional.Would highly recommend Universal Carpet Cleaning.

Universal Carpet Cleaning
After calling around 50 companies today, we finally managed to find one person who was available to help us with our floodwater damaged carpet. Simon had other jobs but after hearing how urgent our situation was, he came within 2 hours. He vacuum dried our carpets with his industrial grade hydro vac, removed the underlay and even deodorized the carpet. We needed a quick short term solution to avoid mould & mildew as our insurance company wasn’t able to send anyone out until midweek. We are extremely pleased with Simon & his apprentice’s work today and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting assistance with flood damaged carpets.

Simon and Jesse did a fantastic job of cleaning of cleaning all the carpets and upholstery at both the St Heliers and Glendowie Community Centre's. Simon was able to fit both jobs in a short notice and at a competitive rate. We will definitely call Simon back for any future carpet cleaning.
