Awesome store!! Staffs are really knowledgeable. They can help you with any of your queries. Each section has a assigned expert. This store is something special they have a drive through shopping which was really exciting. As usual quality of the product is really good. Because they have the branded products. Good for all your house needs. Strongly recommended for the Hamilton East, Hill crest and Fairview people.

Brand new store. They seem to punch the new Mitre 10 Megas out on exactly the same template because this one looks a lot like several others that I've visited recently. This means it is huge, and has acres and acres of stock.At this one there is a large timber yard, not sure if there is a cafe, and since I was there after work on a Wednesday it was pretty much deserted, with more staff (maybe ten or fifteen) than customers (me and one other guy). Access in is great, access out not so much.

We are in the process of doing our kitchen with Mitre 10 and have been so impressed with the service so far provided by Lynda and Amy. The whole process has been easy and they are more than accomodating when I have changed my mind on plans. All other staff we have dealt with have also been super helpful. Highly recommend.

The worst service I have ever experienced in any NZ owned store. Their returns and service deck manager Woodey is the rudest most arrogant person who should never be on the front desk. I'm waiting for a call from the owner as these clowns just played games with me on the phone. The person who claimed to be the manager was alongside Woodie and handed him the phone. Not professional and a bunch of Muppets

Awesome staff that go above and beyond to help with anything. I was looking for a pool thermometer during the summer, the staff member grabbed a ladder and looked in all units above. The gardening guy is lovely too. Checkout boys were pleasant aswell. Thanks
