We've had Jay in our lives for a little while now, and I've been reluctant to write her a review because in all honesty, we don't want to share her!!!Jay is the most lovely, kind, supportive person, and has gently guided us to get our little one sleeping through the night. We're still getting to consistent full night sleeps, but our boy is so much happier, has a much better routine in place, is finally eating his solids well, and sleeping so much better than he was (even falling asleep without any help)! She is so gentle, and doesn't just go for the cry it out method, but instead gets to know your little one, and creates a bespoke plan suited to your babe to achieve your goals. There is absolutely no cookie- cutter-one-size-fits-all approach with Jay. Just incredible experience, patience, love and compassion.Don't wait until you're at breaking point like I did, honestly no mama should have to try and get through the tough times without help. Jay is your woman, and I would 100% recommend her!

Jay was/is my guardian angel - I would have been lost without her when my two non sleeping angels were little. We are now good friends and my kids love hanging out and still talk about her daily. Every new mum 100% needs Jay in their life!!

Jay offered great information and advice on sleeping but the key was that she helped me see Alex's daily life, naps and nights holistically. By changing how I fed, comforted and even entertained him, I was able to help him self soothe and sleep on his own quite easily. I now have a better understanding of what my baby is capable of on his own and what he needs from his sleep time.The most important aspect of Jay's help has been giving me confidence in myself as a parent. I am an overthinker and for me, Jay calmed my approach. I asked her one million questions, and she answered them all, but bit by bit I could see that my constant stress and consternation over sleep patterns and nap times was actually a problem, and her slower, gentler approach has destressed me and my baby into more independence for both of us.

Jay was my guardian angel that helped me with my Son and Daughter while I was going through the darkness of postnatal depression. Not only did Jay help get our son into a better routine, love him and give him the happiness he needed while I couldn't. Jay also reminded me that I am a great Mother and gave me gentle skills to guide Lachy into sleep that I still use today.Jay I will never be able to thank you enough. Jay was so kind and loving with my family and I. She helped with all aspects of my baby's life - sleep, feeding, solids, a routine - she was an absolute godsend. It was so nice to know the support was there and we even got a full night's sleep while Jay dealt with bub. She provided tips about my toddler as well. I loved her gentle, confident nature. Jay is a wonderful human! She’s so lovely and when you first meet her you’ll feel like you’ve been friends for years. My 3 year old instantly bonded with her and loved having Jay spend quality time with her while I was busy with baby. She’s also the only other person besides myself that could get my baby to sleep. She’s thoughtful, calm and so genuine. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a helping hand with their precious kids.

Jay is a godsend! She helped me with my two year old and 4 month old when my husband was away for a weekend and I was struggling with sleep deprivation. She is such a calming presence and just lovely to be around. She bought me coffee every morning - so thoughtful. Would recommend Jay to any parent at any stage!
