Seeing the serviceman was coming from Kaeo to Hihi Beach about 32km and turned on a switch to fix the problem with the heat pump I think the invoice of $289.46 to be exorbitant.

Excellent service. One phone call was all it took. They visited same afternoon and quoted later that day. When I accepted quote, it was mentioned that there may be a 4 week delay as they completed other installs. A nice surprise when three weeks later two young chaps knocked on the door. They did a great job very fast and tidy. Electrician arrived next morning and 20 minutes later it was all go.Extremely pleased overall. Great company, great service great product.
