Worst customer service, you have a young adult working there who has no customer service skills what so ever, no Hi when coming in, condensating approach towards customers and matter of fact the other person was just as bad.Never going back, id rather go to the one by westcity, better attitude!

Shosha Lincoln is amazing! Such a wonderful crew behind the counter as well. They gladly helped me out in finding the flavour I looked for even though I couldn't put it into words properly - I ended up walking out with much more than what I imagined and I'm a happy customer. One thing I wished they did was have a sample product specifically for taste testing due to how many flavours are available. This would allow people to make a decision in which brand/flavour of e-liquid they would go and purchase should they should they be in that junction of I want 'these' but I cant decide which is best..." Overall though

Hubby went to go buy new pods and vape juice, and the gent behind the counter knew my husband's ute and had everything ready before he walked in the door without calling ahead of time. Amazing service
