The most amazing service and customer care. We have had our hammock chair for about 15 years! Parts were showing wear and tear and needed replacement. Michael was able to supply what we needed immediately and now it's as good as new! Such a great quality product and it's fabulous to be able to support a NZ company offering such great customer service.

Absolute stellar service from Michael. We have two hammock chairs and cushions, which are possibly the comfiest things in the world to relax in. One of the hammocks had a string which pulled" and when I sent it back for repair(which would have been free) it was beyond repair and was replaced free of charge."

I bought my hammock and chair stand over 12 years ago. Each of my family has enjoyed reading and lounging in the hammock and it was certainly admired by visiting friends. Recently, it was time for a replacement hammock. I rang Michael, and it was a pleasure to speak with such a helpful business owner. Not only that, but I received my replacement hammock free of charge. Thank you Michael. The reading and lounging begins anew!

Michael was fantastic to deal with, a true gentleman! Our original hammock was brought from him over 20 years ago! We needed an up grade and he was so helpful, our original wooden bar which was old, was too short for the new hammock and he replaced it free of charge! A wonderful experience.
