Selling your house, stress free.Karl and his Team showed their knowledge of the housing market right from the start with a well prepared presentation which outlined what we could expect in terms of selling price time frame and the best sales option. They produced a very successful campaign which created a large number of prospective buyers at a time when the housing market was somewhat in the doldrums. Each of their open homes over the 4 week period produced double figure prospects viewing our home, which was an excellent result. The communication from Harcourts Howick gave us excellent feedback each week and both Karl and Rosey, kept us in touch with their progress regularly. Auction day came with a high number of bidders and interested parties turning up at the on the day.
