Rang at 0830 this morning and truck arrived at 10am as advised. PROMPT pick up and delivery. Very professional in dealings from phone call to towing. Awesome service, do recommend.

Had a very stressful situation and the phone call was so calming and barely had to wait for the tow truck. My car caught on fire. This has never happened to me before, the whole experience was scary & traumatising. Porirua City Towing NZ LTD added to the stress with their poor customer service and making the situation harder to deal with. Starting with the guy who came to tow the truck - claimed my situation was 'a curve ball' as he didn't realise the car was a burn out - Dude! So my curve ball of being the driver of the burn out car is nothing in comparison?Then the lady at the office - obviously saw us park up to enter, but wasn't even there to welcome us when we walked into the reception. Knowing she was dealing with the driver of a burn out car, it would've been nice to ask if I was ok. Nope, She went straight into business mode and asked when it was to be picked up, cost for the towing and storage, and payment.If I could give ZERO star rating I would. Absolutely appalled.Do better Porirua City Towing LTD. Serve people of Porirua City better.
