I have been going to Reid at Blueprint for a little over a year now and always receive excellent service. I found Reid's care particularly beneficial through my pregnancy and on going postpartum journey. I've always found Reid very knowledgeable and is clearly extremely passionate about his trade and is continuously up skilling. Both Carissa and Reid are very approachable and friendly and I really enjoy supporting there small business. Keep it up team.

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!Most welcoming, relaxing and calming place to walk into. Carissa and Reid always seem so glad to see me. Reid is always on time or even slightly early. The atmosphere is both welcoming and chill. Carissa always makes me feel important by talking to me. Reid is such a kind and caring chiropractor. He has some amazing techniques! No matter what complaint i come in with. Reid is great with kids too. Reid offers alot of cranial treatment which I've found it is vital for both my mental and physical well-being.

Efficient and effective treatment and easy booking service. Reid and Carissa have created a relaxed environment and are easy to talk to. Great new space at Shed 5 in Ahuriri.

Edit: within several hours of my leaving the bad review several people posted good reviews. This after the company only having several reviews over several years. Brings into question the validity of the reviews.I rarely leave bad reviews. There were many poor aspects of my experience however I wouldn't have left a bad review if they hadn't blatantly tried to rip me off. Reid offered me a discount" bringing the total to $60 (at his own volition) which in fact was not a discount but an overcharge. ACC is covering surcharges. Carissa's excuse was that Reid doesn't do the admin. This just after she had tried to process the overcharge amount!!! I hate to think how many people they have overcharged this past month. How can Reid not know ACC is covering surcharges? Not tenable. It then got worse. Carissa tried to tell me ACC only contributes $20 towards the cost of the appointment. I called ACC and confirmed that that is not at all true and they are contributing much more than that. So not only an attempt to overcharge but then a blatant lie to try cover up. There were other aspects of the appointment which were not desirable but the key issue is I strongly believe they dealt with me in a dishonest way."

Always a great experience here ! Have been to many different chiropractors over the years but Reid is the only 1 that has been able to make a difference! would definitely recommend:)

Great people. Great no hassle service. Awesome prices. When you talk they actually listen to what you say and respond. Love it.

The best chiro in the bay - Reid is incredible and will have you feeling like you can fly after 1 appointment. Carissa and Reid treat everyone like family, you couldn't be in better hands <3
