Tiny parking spots, can hear everything around you all the time, had to wait for an hour to see someone because they left to do something else with a note on the door DURING POSTED BUISNESS HOURS.Left a phone number to call, but if you're using international cel service forget that!We just booked somewhere else. It figures there's no refund on cancelations.Rooms looked very small.Unless you desperately need one night on short notice, book elsewhere.

Communication was difficult via phone conversation and email when changes needed to be made with the booking for our Staff Members. Management is not on site and full time residence are residing at the Motel which creates a lot of noise and lack of security.When our Staff Member rang and advised the accommodation was of low standard and there were security and safety concerns we advised him to leave and we found suitable Accommodation elsewhere.The free breakfast is from 7.30am onwards, (due to an arrangement they have with the café in the front of the Accommodation). This was not advised at the time of the booking and was not suitable for our Staff Member as they had to leave by 7am, yet we where charged for the Breakfast within the booking payment.After ringing Sean the Manager at Greenlane Motel to advise him that our Staff Member was leaving and we will be cancelling other booking made for our other Staff Members, Sean was aggressive and dominating on the phone.I would advise not staying at this Motel as it is not suitable for Professional or Business Staff Members.Highly disappointing as we are still in dispute over a refund for the bookings when it clearly states on his website FREE CANCELATION UNTIL AUGUST 26.This Accommodation in my opinion is of low standard and service.

The motel randomly canceled our booking 1 hour before check-in via the booking app. We made the reservation 4 days ago. There was no phone call or messages sent at all. When I phoned the property the guy mentioned he tried charging the payment the day before and it got declined when we clearly selected PAY AT THE PROPERTY on the booking App. We had no idea he even tried charging us due to no communication. A call would've been nice to confirm the payment declined and the booking will be canceled. We would have made the payment over the phone. As soon as we called them once it was canceled on the booking app, the guy mentioned he no longer has rooms available. Money hungry businesses. We won't be booking here again.

The location is good, but the parking is so small, the bed is very uncomfortable and please motel personal take care the bathroom better!

Check in states between 2pm and 8pm got a call at 3pm asking what time we would be there.No actual office that I saw the manager just walked out as I parked the car and showed me the room then went to deal to a tradesperson in the room next door.It was a dash check in as we had to rush to an event which was fine for us.On booking I had stated we needed a ground level room due to recent leg surgery this was missed and had to settle for a room upstairs.The towels provided are very tiny suitable for a 5 year old but not a growen adult. Breakfast is a calci yum milk, a banana and a yogurt (not ideal if lactose intolerant). (Continental is generally cereal fruit and toast but this was not the case) barely any milk for a coffee either.The worst part is the duvet has mould and stains in it peel sheets back to find stains and other people's hair laying under the sheets too.At 12.30am when we got back from event, I found we just accept that it is what it is and not call the after hours number and deal to it at check out.At check out a lousy sorry I'll sort that now was given which was to late as only stayed the one night.On top of this the bathroom wasn't clean and shower had stains in the corners.Very ran down.Would not recommendGot woken in early hours to voices through walls and people walling past the room.Would not recommend at all.

Super basic but the cheapest around. One star taken off for the single bathroom (for each floor) which commonly had a problem and a second star taken off not being particularly clean and pretty noisy-it is close to a busy roadway.

Police were already in attendance when I checked in. Parking is terrible. No plates, no forks spoons etc. Toaster and microwave. Supplied breakfast is a banana, yoghurt and milk. Wifi was good and bed comfy. No sound insulation: is not double glazed so very noisy.
