Extremely disappointing experience on all fronts.First went in back in June to get the order set up and was greeted with a remark that implied I was being a nuisance for interrupting a senior staff member's lunch break. Not a great start, but I figured maybe it was just one of those days.But then Gooses got the order completely wrong. This mistake meant that I had to spend hours sorting through every garment to figure out their mistake for them, and then bring back all the garments that needed fixing.When I notified them of their mistake, there was no apology and they said that it was the factory's mistake". I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience for wanting the order to be correct.Throughout this entire process

Printed shirts for me. Came quickly and super high quality

Went into the office to talk about a big project for my business and one of my clubs. Was told to go back home and use the computer to do everything online. Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed disassociated from reality. Would never step foot in that place again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's serious about their project. Very unprofessional and a huge lack of communication skills.
