Good crew here

My review is not to do with their service but there attitude and one of their drivers on the road.One night after work on my way home, I was following one of their 6 wheeled trucks on Grove Rd heading north. It was going slow so once we got over the bridge onto the open road I saw it was clear and safe to pass so I quickly passed him only to have him hang on his horn and repedately flash his lights on high beam for no good reason. And being dark it was very distracting and dangerous. I decided to make a complaint on Toll's website and submitted it with my contact details over a month ago and have not heard a thing back, suggesting to me that they don't care what their drivers get up to on the road. A comletely safe passing manouvre with with road rage back, not a good look for the company.

Customer focused

Terrible service, overnight service for Toll is at least 2 days, 2 day service is at least a week. The customer service is so bad as well, there is no help given to find out where items are at.
