Chipmunks Playland and Cafe Queenstown

Very tidy, however there are no safety gates for the kitchen/ counter area. The kids were always running away trying to get into the kitchen and opening drawers at the counter etc. Also the main gate at the entrance was always left open and kids were constantly trying to run outside. I understand parents need to be in charge of watching their kids, but when you pay $12 to go to a place like this you expect you can relax a little and enjoy a coffee without worrying about kids running away.

Fun for the little ones. There are your regular indoor playground facilities such as a ball pit and a big slide. But also there are some very original things like a machine that sucks up soft balls high in the air and after pushing a button they all fall down. Great fun!Next to playing equipment there is coffee and snacks as well. We visited during rainy weekday.. Not busy

We had a birthday party for my daughter here. Excellent facilities with efficient clean service.We played, had the party, Charlie and cake with birthday song then cleaned up all with military precision and ninja stealth.Everything we needed was taken care of.I loved that they anticipated our needs and I never had to prompt or request anything.The team are cohesive, hard working and professional. No mess is too big.I ordered one adult platter of wraps and sandwiches and had enough for twelve people!Both adults and kids had an awesome time!!Thank you team!

I've lost seven kids in here to date. The cheap pricing however makes me feel like I could lose an eighth! Would recommend, my kids seemed to be pretty happy before they disappeared. Could have a better adults menu but besides that exceptional service at chipmunks!

We had 4 disappointed boys this morning, arrived at 10am but chipmunks was closed. Might need to change your website!

Great place, play equipment is in excellent condition and extremely clean. Great range of foods on offer and they are very affordable considering its in Queenstown! Great for keeping the kids busy on those rainy days.

My partner had booked for the birthday bash for our son first birthday on the day of booking this he had let them no what cake we wanted which was the superhero one now on the day of the birthday we where waiting for Charlie chipmunk to come out and the cake as we had booked for A professional photographer to come in and take photos and the photographer had to go at a certain time so we checked to see what time the cake would be coming out only to be told that there wasn’t a cake and no Charlie so let them no that we booked the birthday bash so the staff that was on went out Brought a tub of ice cream flipped it upside down on a plate with some lollies around it with a stick lit for the candle no plates or spoons to eat the cake with. And if your staff are gonna sit there and moan They might want to make sure that your paying guests can’t here them as they were Saying look at those kids just eating the cake with there hands now if they had put the plates and spoons out they wouldn’t of had to eat the cake with there hands and moaning while cleaning up. The downfall of all of this was the staff with there comments that they were making and the moaning and will not be booking here again

We had a fantastic day at our Chipmunks birthday party. Really impressed with the staff who were super busy but handled everything with a smile. A fun day for the children and their friends, will be back for sure. Definitely recommend as a birthday party venue or even a couple of hours of crazy fun!

Great indoor playground. We came here on a rainy Monday in winter school holiday and it was so quiet.Lots of tables for parents to enjoy a coffee.We didn't have any foods so cannot comment on it.
