Vivo Hair Salon Silverdale

I’ve had my hair done a few times by Jess and she’s got to be the most talented hairdresser! My hair was cut exactly how I wanted it and she managed to transform my hair colour into the colour of my dreams. She talked me through everything and checked in with me on my opinion. Best experience ever!

Just want to say that Grace was 100% the best stylist I have seen since moving to NZ four years ago. She was so lovely, thoughtful and friendly and my hair looks AMAZING! Will be back for certain.

Shannon is AMAZING! Every appointment I let her do whatever she wants when it comes to my colour and she completely blows me away every single time! Not only is she very knowledgeable with products, but she is very bubbly, professional and easy to chat to and have a laugh with. The salon itself is lovely and spacious. I recommend her to everyone!

I recently had my very first appointment at Vivo Silverdale with Jess. I arrived on time and without any delay was invited to sit in my chair. Jess has a friendly and good natured approach. During my initial New Client Package consultation Jess was informative and professional in her recommendations for me. I felt confident that I was in very good hands with Jess. Jess also surprised me with an amazing scalp massage when washing my hair. I love the result and have had lovely compliments since from some of my friends and family. I 101% highly recommend Jess :)

Booked online. Received confirmation email and text. Missed a call in the morning only 1 1/2 hours before my appointment to say it had been cancelled. Tried to call back several times and couldn't get through. Very poor service. Do not go here.

Great Salon, Shannon is very talented at what she does! Brilliant through all stages at each appointment she is a star. Always easy to talk to and with results that have left family members with jaws dropping (not an exaggeration), couldn’t recommend more. Also her Tik Tok skills are 11/10!

Loved the service! Olivia Is magical! I was booked for a hair cut and colour, I was a bit nervous first because being a guy I always used to trust barbers but when Olivia Ross did my hair cut and colour, she completely changed my mind and my belief that barbers are better than a salon. I truly believe that a barber’s approach to hair cuts and styles is way different than a salon, in a salon you get the service very gentle and it feels premium! I don’t think I will go to a barbers for my hair cut ever again. I also bought 2 products a Goldwell shampoo and conditioner, both the products were advised by Olivia by looking at the condition of my hair and ever since I have decided not to put any other product in my hair I am so happy with the results. I have recommended Olivia to my colleagues because they asked me that where I got my hair cut and colour and two of my work mates also booked with Olivia and they were very happy with the results. Olivia is a star !
