Awesome service today - thanks Sam! If you are in need of anything optical for your eyes this team will have it. Even in the Oakley sunglass range where I am finally moving from the XX model (circa 2000) to Flak 2.0 XL.

I went here to ask if they would accept a prescription from Specsavers & the woman (don’t know her name but was dusky skin-toned) brushed me off as if she’d assumed I wouldn’t turn into a customer/the store was too good for me. What a shame! Sighing at the end if each sentence that was coming out of her mouth. Dear OPSM, you have great products, but please keep a good staff & you can surely afford to have one. Service matters more than you think.

This wasn't a regular eye checkup. My partner Patrick booked his first eye test online as he was experiencing a random floater that appeared in his right eye. Coco was knowledgeable and very thorough with her examination. She referred us to the hospital. The hospital diagnosed him with IIH which can lead to loss of vision if untreated. I would like to thank Coco for her exceptional customer service and for going above and beyond with checking in on our progress. She was the first integral step in helping save my partner's vision.

This is a mixed review. After a dreadful time at another OPSM i found the botany store. They were amazing and helpful and i got my new glasses sorted and can now see perfectly. However. I requested to set a plan for the payments. I gave over all my details, none of which were loaded correctly. This has resulted in payments not going out correctly. I do understand some of this is my fault, but if your staff had done their job at the start, this would not be an issue. Please take more care when money is involved.

Just had exam with Alan Liu. Thorough, friendly, efficient. Completely satisfied. Staff not pushy. The delightful lady who measured me for the glasses afterwards was also lovely. Definitely recommend them. Glasses ordered and only 2 week wait for them to be made.

My mum was referred to OPSM Botany by GP to get her eye checked up ONE MONTH ago and mum got a pair of glasses from them over two weeks.We were waiting for the eye check report from them for over a month.I went in today early in the morning to follow it up. Since our family doctor has been following up for two weeks with no responses from them.The lady kicked me out by saying they are busy, and will call me back after 40mins. Of cause no phone call to me at all.I ring them back after two hours, Ben told they are going to type a report now.What a slow …………..process !!!!!Never recommend OPSM BOTANY TO ANY ONE!

I felt very taken care of and immensely enjoyed my experience. The customer service was exceptional. I delt with Wasen who took her time with me to ensure I selected the correct frame and lenses. Allen was also a fantastic optometrist. Will definitely be coming back!

I experienced excellent service! My new glasses arrived earlier than expected and I can't believe the difference! I had progressive glasses before and could simply not get used to them. The office-allrounder does exactly what I need and I find it wonderful to not have to switch from glasses-on to glasses-off all the time. I can read and watch tv without any issue, clearly seeing both. Thank You OPSM Bontany Downs! You guys are great!
