Edit to reply to owners response below: That woman was my wife, she had rung and I was standing right by her when she asked when your earliest appointment was for our dogs trim, your response was not very professional so yes she thanked you for your time and hung up to try some other local groomers. Thanks for taking the time to reply.Rang to book our wee dog in for a hair trim and nail trim and was greeted with a patronising tone saying “you know it’s been lockdown” we promptly thanked her for her time on the phone and quickly rang elsewhere. I wouldn’t feel happy leaving my dog with these people. The 4 other groomers we rang were booked up atleast a month each but were lovely and understanding and pointed us to another groomer to try. Unfortunately the first point of contact with you was horrible and we won’t be recommending you to our friends and family. Disgusting phone service.

my first ever time getting my fur baby groomed and first time giving him to somebody i hardly knew was daunting to say the least but my goodness me Anne was super reassuring me and she did such an excellent job with my boy frank!! i 100% recommend Anne and team!! thank you all for making my boy handsome!!! ❤️❤️

I miss read the memo about letting myself in. With no signs to show I was even at the right place, I called out. No response. So very carefully let myself in the gate. Was aggressively come at about what way I came in, yelling and spitting food. When I wanted to leave she stood in front of me and wouldn't let me back out the gate, very very uncomfortable encounter. Would never recommend

I took my 10week old puppy and was dumb founded to see & experience cruel behavior by the owner. On going to puppy training I was made aware its not the way to do things . So changed groomers & very happy. Totally different experience.

Great service for our border collie. She really took the time to do a thorough job and was knowledgeable and friendly. Got all the matted fur out and our Whiskey is look bright and shiney! Recommended!

I am extremely happy with the service. And the quality of service my little Pomeranian has never looked better and for a dog that doesn't like others he was extremely calmed and comfortable at Dixie's

Always amazing. Big fun play times with pooch while getting the job done, amazing poodle cuts, traditional and uses great products too. Pups always excited when she knows she is on the way to Dixie's dog spa!

Ann was a delight to deal with, and is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about dogs. She did a great job hand stripping our overgrown, anxious border terrier. Definitely recommend.
