Shoe School
My mum and I had the best week making boots at Shoe School. It was one of the most creatively fulfilling things I've ever experienced. Lou took us gently through the entire shoe-making process, pandering to our every need and insecurity, and creating a fun, supportive environment where we could bring our ideas to life. I learned so much, and have a whole new appreciation for every pair of shoes I see.Oh my gosh and the SHOES. I'm in love.

Lou was so accommodating and flexible when I had to change workshop days due to a cancelled flight... The 1 Day sneaker workshop was FANTASTIC, I highly recommend taking the time out to hand make so shoes/boots. On day 1 of wearing mine 3 random people commented on how groovy my sneakers were :-)

My sister and I did the 1 day sneaker workshop with Lou which was great! Totally recommend this as something cool and different. Totally thrilled with my shoes.

It was so much fun. I went excited and a bit nervous. Lou was amazing. Nothing was too much bother. She gave us an awesome day. And my sneakers are epic.

The shoe school is a rare and exclusive find. I highly recommend that to everyone who would like to dip into shoe making. From sneaker workshop, Sandals, harness, to made to measure exclusive boots. Incredible selections of leather to choose from. The instructions are very well explained and at the end of the day my partner and I went home with most amazing shoes.

I did the one day sneaker workshop with Lou, and loved every minute of it. From her vast selection of incredible leathers, to her patient teaching and expert guidance, it was the best craft workshop I've been to in years. Hoping to go back for another course soon! Highly, highly recommend.
