The customer service my wife received there is atrocious. Especially the employee with the tied back hair. If he doesn't like the job he's employed to do he needs to find another. His customer service is disgusting. No greeting, he looked thoroughly uninterested in being there. There is always an issue at this store located in centre place but the one at the base TeAwa. We have never had an issue with. You need to retrain your staff member on customer service. He's probably already lost your company sales.

Came over to NZ from Western Australia two weeks ago. We took a trip to Hamilton from 1.5hrs away to get some things done. Jeff assisted us and was absolutely fantastic, really went out of his way to accommodate us when we were in a rush at the end of the day. Definitely recommend him and am so pleased with the service he provided.

Utterly Unpleasant Unprofessional and Pathetic Customer service..They switched off my Internet for 2 days without any prior information and at the customer service deck they just write a number on a piece of paper and say.. We are not authorized to this.. That.. Please call the customer support number..Don't think a bit to get this service provider.

I’ve been in here a few times, either to purchase or look at phones. The customer service has been horrible and unhelpful every time.

Purchased a phone and it was faulty, took months and wasted my time with them that I could have spent with family. Issue still not fixed. The managers from contact centre involved and I was ensure the manager from centre place will call me and yet I still have not received any phone calls. Uttelrly useless and unprofessional, they don't know what customer service is, it's all about $$$ and when you have problems is tough luck!!! If I could put 0 star I would and I feel giving them 1 star is too generous!!!

I love it when customer facing staff provide rude, judgemental customer service to the level that makes you walk to another network that then treats you with friendly, genuine, helpful customer service. That even when coming back to address the situation in an adult manner afterwards, they mock you still. Awful.

Many wasted phone calls and the 4th visit to try and sort a problem and they still have not sorted the issue. Worst company to deal with ever !!

I went into the branch this morning to look at the iPhone 14 Pro and was approached by a young guy who seemed very disinterested. I told him I was looking at the iPhones 14's and he laughed and said they were a waste of money, so I asked for the specs of the phones and he said they're all the basicly the same phone. So I asked him which phone has the better camera, and he didn't know. He then siad he hasn't followed the features for years. He was very rude and unhelpful, definatly not the type of person who should be working in customer service.
