I didn't understand how good hot yoga was until I tried it at Sangha. Incredibly energising and therapeutic. Plus a lovely friendly vibe. I've done a lot of yoga over the last 5-6 years and these are some of the very best classes and instructors I've experienced.

Sangha is a lovely local spot for a variety of yoga practices and styles. The options of hot or warm classes and the different class lengths are great. It feels like such a treat when I have time for a 90 min class! The teachers are all very kind and knowledgeable, too.

Such a welcoming studio with wonderful teachers! They offer classes for all styles of practice and have different rooms for different heat levels. I felt supported when getting into poses that were unfamiliar to me. They also have the option to rent a mat if you are traveling without one. Will be coming back to Sangha again and again!

Love Sangha Yoga! It is a hidden gem of Queenstown. Friendly staff and such good vibes. I really have enjoyed my classes with Daisy. Highly recommend her slow vinyasa classes.

Best Yoga Studio in Queenstown! Very clean, well run, good communication, wide range of classes and times. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Lovely space and teacher! We did the hot Pilates class and really enjoyed the ice bath after. Great way to start your week! Really welcoming and I can’t wait to go again!

Sangha is a very spacious yoga studio with a good range of teachers and classes. The hot yoga is great, especially in the winter months, allowing you to really stretch and sweat. The location is not ideal but there is car parking and there are no traffic jams at that end of town. Arrive early as the doors are locked when the class starts. Highly recommended.

I took three classes here at Sangha Yoga studios, and I loved all of them! Especially the hot vinyasa and pilates classes. They were a challenge, and it’s the challenge that creates change in our bodies. The instructors were all kind, communicative, and knowledgeable, and I really liked how non-judgmental the classes felt for me as a beginner. Would totally come here again if I’m ever in Queenstown.

Amazing teachers and a beautiful facility. If you’re new to yoga I’d recommend trying a few different styles before the 26 and 2 but if you want to challenge yourself then go for gold! I’ve just started doing Andra’s arial yoga sessions which are awesome and can highly recommend! Thanks team at Sangha!

Tried my first ever hot yoga here. Really enjoyed it. Found the standing poses challenging and the ground poses very enjoyable. They played Stone in Focus by Aphex Twin which was a bonus for me. Music in general was very well suited. The room was nice and warm and created a very cosy atmosphere in the Queenstown winter. I’ve gone back for a few more classes since.
