Great: 6 minutes to get burger at busy lunchtime.WildHeart venison burger is rich and tasty but first one had TOO MUCH SALT.Burgerfuel has very good burgers but the stores lack consistency: staff can be jaded and terse; stores are often too noisy; and burgers get cooked and seasoned so differently.

Great customer service, and the juiciest, yummiest burger! So delicious that you won't feel guilty eating it. Kumara fries were a bit overcooked but still tasty.

I ordered a dinner on Friday around 5pm for a 7.15pm pick up. When I came in at 7.15 they said is not too far away. After 11 min of waiting and seeing 4 people to come in and pick up online orders I asked again where is my order. It was sitting the whole time on the shelve... obviously was cold.Good old Jville where I've never had any issues...

The burgers are really good, the only but is that sometimes they (burgers) need to be a little bit more cooked for the cheese to melt. Just that.The orders are always on time. Great service.Kumara fries are so good.

We visited for the first time ever today. Called to make a phone order and they were so nice on the phone. Changed the kids cheese burger to a vegetarian burger by putting a vegie patty in it. All people working there friendly. Highly recommend it.

Burger and kumara was ok. However, the service was good. Liked the ambience.Would like to visit again to try different ones.
