Very sad that it has come to me leaving a bad review but i have not heard back from Barclay Engravers for well over 6 weeks now prior to them sending me a key i had custom designed for my partner, they used stickers instead of engraving which i was not aware of when paying $240. When i had emailed Barclay engravers about majority of the stickers falling off they replied with is it just the letter b" that is coming off

Great experience with Barclay Engravers. Emailed them about a last minute inquiry on a Thursday, took the item in midday for engraving and they had it ready on the Friday (as I needed it for Saturday). Was very happy with the end result and the super quick service. Thanks Rebecca!
