Went in for glow plugs, they charged heaps for labour and I left with a new squeaky belt somewhere in the engine, only found out 2 months later it was the loose alternator belt when the car wouldnt start and in only 2 months the glow plugs are stuffed again. Then they never called me back.

As a women servicing your car can be quite daunting as you don’t know what is required and how much you should be paying for the service.My experience with Northcote Auto Services has been amazing from day 1, not once have I felt they were being dishonest and trying to scam/overcharge me like I have felt in the past. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs big or small as the pricing for labour is really affordable. Thank you to the lovely team for servicing my car!!

Called this place as my car overheated over the harbor bridge. Was very nervous about potential problems and the cost etc. These guys completely calmed me down and they diagnosed it as a simple thermostat malfunction that was easy to fix. I thought it would be a lot worse than that. They fixed it and charged less than the average cost. I googled the average cost

Really friendly and helpful. Especially for people who don't know much about cars. I was able to go in with a windscreen issue and they took their time to look at it and explain everything in detail.
