This website is a scam! Terrible communication. Extremely dishonest business backdating shipping information etc. very dodgey wish I googled before ordering

Was doubtful at first. Contacted the seller if they were for real. Received a quick response. After ordering the item, contacted them again with a delivery date issue (at the checkout it said they'll take up to 7 work days, but the courier company messaged longer wait period). They responded very promptly apologizing for inconvenience and that if things aren't satisfactory, I can always return the drive. It actually arrived way before the due date and quality of product is great, so we are very happy. Thank you.

Ordered sd card and c to c cable expected to be at my door in 2 daysFind out week later when looking for them that they got sent from Australia.I was not advised or given option to cancel my order.Tried calling Akld. Just get answer phone. Get email from Australia saying will get end march beginning April.Not happy. Needed for special event this weekend. They won't reply when I asked for a refundPoor businessNot happy.

Very slow shipping. Company is based in Australia not NZ. Website stated delivery 1-5 days but delivery took more than a month. Can order quicker and cheaper from Amazon

Deceptive site makes no mention that products are posted from overseas. Bordering on scam. Think carefully before buying.

Beware - this is NOT a New Zealand company (not GST registered, not on the companies register and you are not covered by the consumer guarantees act). Despite listing a NZ address and saying they ship within 1 day they actually ship from Australia. Expect long delivery times. Nowhere on their website do they tell you shipping is from Australia. It is a little bit deceptive. But the prices are good. So if you can wait for shipping and are prepared to risk no CGA protection then it might be OK.
