The team even cleaned up the car inside and out like it came from a carwash (mud caused by dogs and all). Can't recommend them highly enough. Had my Cayman serviced there and as it's my first Porsche I quoted couple of workshops around the town. Who would have expect the official dealership would give the best price.But that's not where it ends, the overall experience and service was top notch and on top of that my car got groomed like never before.I must especially mention Harry and his customer service commitment, especially when I observed one issue which was actually caused by a previous workshop. You get to know the company when it comes to issue handling and I must admit Harry and the whole service team showed incredible level of professionalism and excellent customer handling.As someone mentioned before - Above & Beyond.

I have owned 5 Porsche over the years. I bought from Giltrap my last one. I then had the car transmission service done by their service department and they did not do the service properly, almost causing the transmission to fail. Lucky I picked it up. They then showed no care and no accountability. Won't be using them again.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Harry, Ashley (service adviser and Mgr) and Chad (senior technician) at the Giltrap Porsche Service department for a number of years. Their service has been of the highest standard and consistently out performs any other experience I've had anywhere after over 20 years of Porsche ownership in NZ. I have had both classic and new model Porsches restored and serviced by them regularly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at the Giltrap service department, you won't be disappointed.
