Great service from Jim who serviced my septic tank yesterday. He called ahead and messaged when I couldn't reply. Called me afterwards as I had left and updated me on how it had gone. These guys have a high standards of work and customer service. Thanks HydroVac

First time customer of HydroVac.Highly impressed with the whole operation.Caroline, the receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient sorting what I needed and arranging a site visit.The technicians arrived on time, we’re also very friendly and helpful.Found the issues quickly, explained and showed me everything I needed and gave great advice on looking after the system.From start to finish, an impressive company.

HydroVac have installed our Biolytix septic system and we also have a service plan with them. They are amazing! A great product, fantastic service and are always on time for our services or will let us know if they can't be but that was only once when Cyclone Gabrielle hit our region. I highly recommend this company.

Mark B came out to complete an Onsite Wastewater SystemMaintenance Record (Secondary) at my home in October 2022. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I'll be booking back in for the next 6 monthly check in :)

Fantastic service provided by the team at HydroVac. Booking for appointment was quick an efficient. Technician who attended to the job was personable and professional.
