I recently got my phone screen repaired at this shop and I must say I'm very impressed with their service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they completed the repair in a timely manner. They also have a wide range of mobile phone accessories available for purchase, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and affordable mobile phone repairs or accessories.

When my phone was replaced my home button does not work anymore. My vibration does not work anymore. My screen has bulged out of metal casing. Screws at bottom of my iPhone 5s aren’t there and my screen comes lose and open showing wiring and letting possible dust and debris into my phone. Do not got your screen fixed from here waste of 50 bucks. And they don’t have any other staff only one person working who is the same all the time. Dodgy much !!!!

Awesome service and super helpful staff. My husband and I both got the Invisible Shield screen protectors for our phones and I wouldn't use anything else now, they are amazing. I've scratched the screen protector with my keys a couple of times and the damage always repairs itself and looks brand new. This is the only place I've found that does these so I'd definitely recommend checking them out.

Terrible mobile screen protector application and horrible customer experience. I wanted my screen protector replaced on my phone to solve the air pockets I had on my current screen protector. I was guaranteed that the issue I currently had would be solved with their screen protector and the cost would be $30. After being assured by the woman working there. She removed my current screen protector and applied their own one. Results were that the screen protector was made WORSE than my previous one. I asked if I still had to pay and was made to pay $30. ONLY WHEN I ASKED for a discount because of the very poor results I ended up paying $25. During my experience, the woman serving me was interrupted twice by two phone calls which had me standing there for about 25mins for a 5min job. I'm just really disappointed and would not recommend this place

Brought an expensive screen protector for a Samsung phone ($40). Had the store install it so I didn't stuff it up. When I got home the edges had lifted and dust was underneath. They told me I had to send pictures that would prove a manufacturing defect. Wouldn't give me my money back. What's ridiculous is that the screen protector probably cost them next to nothing so putting this right wouldn't have cost them much. Will never buy from there again.

New screen faulted from day one. Visible gap between chassis and screen, any pressure resulted in black lines the whole way up the screen.Warrenty was refused due to small chip (not crack) in the edge of the sceeen that made no difference to the problems at hand.

Staff was too rude. Not to recommend anybody. I have worst experience ever with this omnitech staff. His name was Uditanshu. Rather then I will recommend to go to other ICT shop. In Queensgate I will prefer to go to pro tech or finger tech.
