I bought a phone and spoke to someone in order to ensure that it was put aside as it was the last one they had. When my wife arrived to pick it up they had sold it to somebody else and because we needed the phone immediately we ended up having to buy a more expensive phone. Pretty poor stock management and customer service. The product is fine.

Great service,I was hesitant to buy from these guys as I never heard of them before apart from online advertisements.Did lot of research online to check all possible reviews out there especially on reddit, find out these guys are legit and been in business for many years.Mostly every review I found have positive experience with them.I bought Samsung S22 plus from here which is sold almost $500 more at any other NZ known electronics retailers like Pbtech,JBHifi etc.They also offer one year warranty for local repairs unlike Parallel Imported where they have to send your phone back to whichever country intially purchased from to claim warranty replacement or repair.All products sold here are legit with official IMEI product number registered with provider.I also purchased screen protector which I couldn't install properly myself ended up bubbles all over phone.These guys were kind enough to send me free of charge glass protector replacement.I'm very pleased with customer service offered here,thanks so much team from now on I'll be buying all phones and electronics from you guys

I was planning surprise gift for my wife's birthday and had called them to see if they would dispatch oneplus 10 Pro on same day and they did it :). That too with lowest phone price compared to market and no additional courier charges. I received the phone (Auckland to wellington) with overnight courier within 24 hours of order placed. Prices are so good! Much cheaper than other places. Very quick turnaround once ordered. There was an issue with the product. I found Mobile Station very easy to contact, discuss the problem with and have it resolved quickly. I would definitely purchase from this shop again.

I have purchased our cell phones from Mobile Station over the past 12 - 15 years and will continue to do so in the future as there service has been first rate and the product very reliable. On one occasion I had an issue which was quickly solved and the phone returned to me at no cost including the courier service.Big thumbs up for Mobile Station.

Great service! Product was in stock, which it wasn't in stores, Mobile Station was less expensive than anywhere else and delivered promptly. This was the first time I used them and I recommend them enthusiastically!

I don't usually leave reviews, but they kindly asked me to leave a review - bought a one plus 10 pro screen protector. After applying the screen protector, the top third and bottom third of the phone did not register any taps.
