Thank you to the person who served me today with a sweet smile and awesome personality. I wondered in after work in leggings and a jacket and was treated warmly as if I was a return customer! I asked about the phone cases as that’s what caught my eye walking past, and while there wasn’t one for my new phone the lady offered to call me when they came in stock! She asked me to please look around and I found some earrings I adored - she even offered for me to try them on. I really appreciated the kindness and you will definitely see me coming back to make a larger purchase! I didn’t catch a name, but it was the young Asian lady 9th Nov around 2:30pm. Staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. Lots of designs and accessories.My wife always has to go into the shop everytime we are here, so I've stop bringing her to commercial bay or we use the other entrance to a avoid the shop
