Amazing service! I called them first to ask about the options for a battery replacement for my Mac and was given clear ideas and prices. I brought it in later that day and was greeted very warmly and I was able to pick my Mac up later that day. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Highly reccomended! The people at the laptop company were really helpful and friendly, they figured out what the issue with my laptop battery was and it's working much better now. Would definitely go back and also suggest their services to anyone else

Took my sons faulty MacBook in and was greeted by Service Tech David…who then proceeded to make my day by quickly ascertaining what the fault was and even managed to rectify it on the spot. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided this morning by David.My advice…do not take your computer anywhere else but The LapTop Company! Great work David. Cheers.

Highly recommended. I spilled water through my Macbook which was v stressful. David was happy to assess the damage straight away, provided a quote for repair the following morning, then ordered parts and got the computer back to me in perfect nick 2 days after that. He managed my expectations re. time/cost super well and made a stressful situation a lot more manageable. Thank you!

Super helpful and friendly staff! I've had issues with my laptop and a broken phone before, they made the whole thing way less stressful, and even explained the whole insurance process to me. 12/10 recommend, I always go to these guys for any tech repairs I have. (Also very affordable as a student!!)

The staff who assisted me were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Robyn fixed the liquid damage and a faulty USB-C port of my Macbook Air within only hours, and it made a stressful problem into a fast solution. I couldn't recommend this place more! :)) Thank you!

I find this company extremely enjoyable and professional in the manner they conduct their business. They are courteous, respond to communication and diagnose the problem quickly then provide an explanation of what needs to be done.They will do everything they can to help you…within the constraints of their workload.It’s great to know this in times of need!
