Stephen Bennett provided an excellent, friendly service, and in just a couple of hours had my piano back in pitch, sounding like its old self. Before beginning to tune the piano, Stephen took the time to walk me through the process and explain how a piano of this age might react to the tuning. There was a slight possibility that old strings might break, or some keys may not return to standard pitch, but Stephen handled it with utmost care and expertise. He also put up with my endless questions about piano tuning and displayed a real passion for his craft. Thank you!
