Food was too cold, coffee was FAR too hot - burn your mouth material. I stated table service when making my order not a call from the counter and a takeaway bag. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Ordered a Bandit combo with decaf Latte.It was 4:30pm on Saturday...Drive thru was quick enough but the kai was overcooked and smothered in sauce that my burger box was covered in it. I figured it was to hide the hard Patty and the leathery bacon.I started eating the chips before my coffee came and they were cold so they asked me to park in the waiting bay for some fresh ones. The coffee they brought me was an iced coffee so I had to go inside an ask them to remake that also. The young man behind the machine had an impressive mane of hair however it was not tied up or in a hat.. not sure if that's a regulation but I definitely don't want hair in anything I consume. This young man didn't know what decaf was and the manager had to come make the coffee. The coffee was DELICIOUS

bought a lot of combo set from this outlet and asking for a bigger bag but the employees couldnt provide and didnt provide any help initiately. bad experience

I had a shocking experience here. The Big Mac my friend ordered was stale and had cold, rubbery patties, while my McSpicy patty was thin, dry, and disgusting. Never come here!

I ordered Mc Spicy at 11pm and the chicken was hard as a rock like it was cooked in the morning and served at night. Also the bigmac doesn't have a bloody pickles.

Staff today, made me the perfect Big Mac. Not too much sauce , I could taste all the fresh ingredients . Hot chips. Drink wasn’t chill, but was understaffed being public holiday. Its a cold day anyway.

Not good at all we went in around 7am before heading down the line for some breakfast. We were the only customers there we had waited 17 minutes then approached the counter to ask if our orders were ready, they were but they hadnt called our number so obviously they were all cold and the pancakes were hanging out of the box and the breakfast burger was drenched in bbq sauce so we asked for another burger without sauce it took another 15 minutes for that. So overall bad experience
