I ordered delivery tonight for me and my friends. The pizzas arrived lukewarm and when we sat down to eat, all the pizza’s tasted the same. Extremely difficult to differentiate between the different pizzas. The pizzas were also very dry with hardly any sauce and toppings. The prices have also sky rocketed. Overall very disappointing dinner.

Ordered online from Dominos for the first time ever (Henderson area). Order was delivered to the wrong house and eventually dropped off by the neighbour stone cold. Ordered again a day later hoping for a better experience, and the exact same thing happened. Giving up on Dominos (and I thought Pizza Hut was bad). Update: After leaving feedback via their official channels, Dominos offered me a voucher for one pizza and one side rather than refunding me for the $80+ on 6 pizzas and 6 sides that never arrived. Dominos are a disgrace. Second update: since my first two bad experiences I’ve since tried them again and they’ve provided not only good food but great service, and have even gotten to know the delivery guy. Unfortunately this isn’t enough for me to change my score as I can never forget that they basically robbed me of over $80. Had they simply refunded me for those first two undelivered orders I would have bumped them up to 5 stars.

Food has gone down hill for this place quality of pizzas here are not worth coming Here anymore and spending a cent. Unfriendly staff mist times, very disappointing.

Very average. Reason for 2 starts is the staff attitude and venue cleanliness.Staff at the back making the pizzas were working fast but didn't have much care for the product. We had mushroom added after the cook because they forgot about them however that only ended up with a countable amount.Extreme problems with the app when ordering on the way and found we had to do the order again on arrival.The overall look and feel of the place was dirty. Rubbish on the floor, holes in the seat. It just needed some love.

Haven't ordered here in ages, now I Know why. You pay extra 3$ for supposedly more toppings yet, well photos speak for themselves. Tbh, only reason we went w dominos last night was because pizza hut for some reason was closed. Was very disappointed be felt slightly ripped off.

Been there since 2017 occasionally, annually. This time the pizza was raw...twice. Patches of cooked, patches of raw. I'll try it again in about a months time and see if it has changed or it is still the same quality trash that dominos prides itself on.

Today's order was burnt and tasted bad.It looks like wrong dough was used.DOM pizza checker did not do its job. A photo from their DOM is attached.I want a full refund.

These guys are nearly always busy. Good service, room for improvement, however today the guy that dropped the 7up was super friendly and he gets five stars for his friendliness. Pizza that we get rate 3.5 to 4 stars (still edible and no left overs tonight). Our regular because it's the closest and cheapest. Shop is tiny and always a queue. Other than that pizza is ok. I notice they sometimes turn the lights of early and it can be a safety hazard when picking up pizza just before closing. Please keep lights on until the last customer leaves please as that area is a little dark and walking into a dim-lit shop can be hazardous.
