Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit Pure Hair - but I had booked them for my wedding which has been cancelled due to covid. The girls refunded my deposit in full and made the entire booking process easy and stress free. This means the world to me given how difficult the wedding cancellation has been. Will definitely re-book again

I’ve been having my hair done with Sarah for over seven years now. It’s been fantastic to watch her move along in her career and go into business opening up Pure Hair Studio. Sarah is an amazing hair colourist and stylist. I trust her and the team implicitly and always walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars. If you’re looking for someone you can trust and who also has strong morals and conducts her business in a transparent manner I can not recommend Sarah and the team at Pure Hair Studio enough. Pure hair is the best place to go as a bride looking for a stress free service, they have been super acccomadating during covid-19 pandemic and I would highly recommend them for a wedding. I'm not usually a fan of going into salons but Pure Hair Studio has definitely changed my mind! Its such a friendly, fun and casual atmosphere with top quality hairdressers and service!Rachel did such an amazing job with the cut and layers on my hair, she puts so much love and care into her work and she gives the best head massages ever, literally THE BEST. Highly recommend Pure Hair Studio.

Sarah and the team at Pure Hair are by far the best I've ever encountered. They place a huge emphasis on looking after their clients hair health and my hair has literally never been thicker or shinier. The salon is also such a beautiful, relaxing environment and the pricing is more than fair - especially since every treatment uses olaplex. I'll never go anywhere else now

I have been looked after by Sarah since April 2016 in her old salon, when she had her mobile service & of course when she opened Pure Hair Studio. All this time speaks for it self, yet it is not to compare with how far beyond & above Sarah goes with not only her knowledge & experience but more so with her genuine care about each & every individual client. Hair & Beauty is her passion! Every single time that she was looking after me, I was more than happy with the results. Charlotte was doing my hair as well a few times & she absolutely deserves her title as Blonde Queen, she is incredibly talented & made my hair look simply stunning. Not to forget are also the amazing products Sarah is offering in her salons, they are all superb & highly to recommend. For me personally, there is only 1 Salon in Queenstown that matches service & price & that will forever be Pure Hair Studio. Absolutely, highly recommended!

Sarah not only coloured & cut my hair before my wedding day (which I was thrilled with), she also styled it on the day (along with my three bridesmaids). She did an incredible job and we all felt so beautiful because of her! I had so many compliments on the day about my hair so thank you!! Sarah was the hairdresser for my wedding and bridal party, and she went above and beyond to make the day a great one. She was a calming presence, powered through four hair styles including blow drying, and we were all ready early and looking great. Couldn't recommend them more!
