Tax is a very messy field, and I’d like to share my experience to help people seperate the messiness of the game, fromthe workings of My Tax Back NZ.I had an urgent request where I needed process the tax refund urgently. Silvia answered the call and from the very first moment she was set on helping me. She was on point with the deadlines. She mentioned I will receive an email re this on Wednesday, and it did. So did the funds exactly on the date.Massive hats off to Silvia and the Team for helping me, and all the other clients of MTB.

I think its the most easy way to do your tax, when you circumstances dont change, from year to year as in retirement , incomes dont change much.

As a young teen I was curious about tax refunds and had unknowingly and stupidly entered my details not knowing that there was a fee payable now I have a dept collector emailing me saying I owe hundreds of dollars that I cannot afford to payOntop of that I cannot contact this company without entering my ird numberThis is shady and I feel bullied

My Tax Back NZ are rogues- I totally agree with Troy’s review they DO NOT deserve even 1 starPeople that know nothing about tax get sucked in - they should not use this company name it’s embarrassing for NZ.Young people sign up with this company thinking they are receiving help yet all anyone needs to do is create a myir login of their own as the IRD have already worked out any refund. The IRD will refund to your own bank account immediately as soon as you have a myir account and provide your bank account number. If you accidentally signed up with My Tax Back NZ they will take your refund and if you ask them enough times you will get 80% of YOUR money back and they did absolutely nothing for this 20% of your money that they keep. Very disappointed ☹️

After easy initial sign up very few buttons were pushed. Accurate and unexpected windfall.thanks for giving me some of my tax back ..usually between 300 easy to 1000 easyTootalooo ......waving.....

I had a few queries beyond the return such as PIE rates and with me retiring what rate changes I might need to advise my KiwiSaver provider. My Tax Back NZ guided me gently through it and in language I could understand. Thank you
