Wow, where to start. We live in Christchurch and got married in Queenstown so we never actually met Sarah before the day of our wedding! After a quick google search I decided to give Sarah a call. We ended up having a FaceTime chat and both my (now) husband and I knew by the end of the call that we had found our celebrant. Sarah was warm, personable, easy going and so friendly. We knew she would be great.When the day rolled around, it didn't exactly pan out as planned due to weather conditions but Sarah was absolutely amazing at helping us re-arrange most of the vendors on the day to allow us to bring the wedding forward by a few hours.Sarah's words during the ceremony were beautiful and she was able to convey our personalities so well. All of her words came across as genuine and non-scripted, and she really made the ceremony so relaxed and helped us to feel calm and reassured.We would not hesitate to recommend Sarah to ANYONE looking for a friendly, authentic and organised wedding celebrant in Queenstown.

We were so grateful and lucky to have Sarah as our wedding celebrant. She created a beautiful ceremony for us, something that we will forever cherish in our memories. The ceremony flowed so well and included everything we could have wanted in a ceremony and more. She was very good at directing our guests' pre-ceremony with information and announcements. Sarah made us both feel at ease during the ceremony and all the prep and lead up to our wedding. We were both very nervous and emotional, but Sarah helped us through this. It was very comforting to have her there at the altar with us. I was appreciative of the constant correspondence we had with Sarah, whether it was meeting in person, email or FaceTime. Sarah made sure we knew that we were supported whenever we needed her. So many of our guests gave us lovely feedback on how Sarah created an amazing ceremony and was so lovely to interact with. We cannot thank you enough for your support and guidance, and we would definitely recommend Sarah to everyone.

Sarah was such a wonderful Celebrant to work with. She is kind, cheerful and charismatic. She took the time to get to know us before our elopement ceremony through questionnaires and video calls. We were so impressed with what she came up with to speak about for the ceremony as it was personalized and hit our relationship spot on. Would recommend her over and over again. We can't thank her enough for making our day so special!

Sarah wasn't actually our original celebrant, she stepped in after our celebrant had an unexpected emergency a week or so before our wedding.Sarah was wonderful, extremely organised and took time to get to know us as a couple. This really made the ceremony personal and special. She made us feel so relaxed and our guests were saying the ceremony was absolutely beautiful.I cannot speak more highly of Sarah's style and professionalism, if you're getting married in the area I'd thoroughly recommend contacting her!

Although we only met her on the day as we chose an elopement package, Sarah took the time to get to know us via email/questionnaires/calls, meaning the ceremony was unique and special to us. My partner and I secretly got eloped in Queenstown having Sarah as our celebrant. Incredible!! She is amazing. Easy to communicate, beforehand to discuss what we were after. Lovely woman and just so amazing at what she does. We loved Sarahs speech, it felt like she really knew us having only meet on the day. Would highly recommend. Would do it all over again she made us feel so comfortable.

When our original celebrant had to cancel, with only a few months before our wedding, we went to Google and cast a wide net looking for anyone who might be available on our date. We spoke with some of them by phone, but none of them felt right.And then we chatted with Sarah, and we knew it was fate!During the introductory call, she asked excellent questions, which eased all of our concerns. She connected with us, and showed that she clearly cares about the couples she marries.Over the next several months, while we were fretting about the details, she kept in regular email contact, never overwhelming us, but making sure we felt confident about the process.She started by sending us a comprehensive questionnaire about us and our relationship, which we completed individually. This not only gave Sarah a profound idea of who we are as a couple, but also who we are as individuals coming into the relationship. It also helped each of us find the words to express what we mean to each other, and we used our responses as the basis for our vows.She also helped us apply for the NZ marriage license. She knew exactly what we needed to do, and made it very easy and straightforward to accomplish.As we got closer to the wedding day, she spent several hours with us by phone to discuss the flow of the service. She clearly understood what type of ceremony we wanted to have, even when we weren’t exactly sure ourselves. She asked illuminating questions, which gave my wife and me the right prompts for thinking through the service. She also offered advice on the smaller details that we hadn’t considered, even as she ensured it was a very unique and personalized ceremony. Throughout the conversations, my wife and I felt like Sarah “got us”.The day before the wedding, Sarah came to the ceremony location, even though she lived over an hour away. This greatly comforted us: we got a chance to talk through the ceremony more in person, and we were able to run through it with our families. While there, she was able to share more advice and ask additional questions about the little details, which helped the ceremony run smoothly; her expertise was invaluable.We shared with her our vows, and her support and encouragement made the process of finalizing them a breeze. She also printed the vows out on nice paper, which not only helped when reading them, but also gave us mementos to frame and put up in our house.Her words were moving and beautiful, perfectly capturing who we are as a couple and why we wanted to get married. We have also hung these up in our house, as they provide a daily reminder of our love for one another.Sarah was the perfect celebrant for a perfect wedding.
